Social Wellbeing

Learn how Honeywell can help you beyond your work

We provide opportunities for social wellbeing through our engagement committee and internal employee network groups focused on inclusion & diversity as well as Indigenous participation. We have volunteering opportunities, support charities, and foster connections at work by promoting walking for health and mental health, among others.

Employee Networks
One of the initiatives to improve Employee Support and Wellbeing has been to establish employee network groups. The Pacific I&D Taskforce has already established 4 local employee networks aligned to the global Honeywell networks. The networks are intended to help enhance the inclusive culture, sense of belonging, and employee engagement in Pacific.
Engagement Committee
An Engagement Committee is a group of employees who are dedicated to improving employee engagement and culture, promoting diversity, and are passionate about creating opportunities to connect staff whether that be virtual or in-person.
