Your physical and behavioral health is important, and Honeywell gives you ways to care for both.

At Honeywell, we want our employees to live full and healthy lives so they can focus on shaping the future. To ensure you receive the best care possible, you are provided medical, dental, vision and many other coverage options to help you prioritize your health.


Virtual Healthcare 

Employees have access to remote general practitioners, mental health therapists and a network of physiotherapists. Unlimited video consultations can take place at any time and can last up to 20 minutes. Electronic prescription and medications can be provided directly to you if required. Up to eight consultations with a mental health therapist or physiotherapist can be scheduled per year. You also have access to private consultants for medical second opinions. Employees and their partners can access all Virtual Healthcare services. Children are eligible to access the remote and medical second opinion services until their 18th birthday or 24th if enrolled in full-time education.


Medical Insurance

Employees can join the voluntary medical insurance plan facilitated by Honeywell. This enables access to private medical treatment with a refund of hospital treatment approved by insurer.


Dental Insurance

Employees can join the voluntary dental insurance plan facilitated by Honeywell. This offer covers comprehensive insurance for most regular and emergency dental treatment approved by insurer. 

Employee Assistance Program

Employees and their family members have access to a free, confidential support helpline that can assist with everyday issues, major life events, legal or financial concerns and more.

Medical Cash Plan

The Medical Cash Plan gives employees cash back on their everyday health costs, whilst providing around the clock physical, mental and financial support.

Cycle To Work

Cycle to work offers employees ability to purchase a bike tax effectively up to a value of  £1,500. Employees repay total purchase price through pre-tax payroll deductions over an agreed period.
