Unlimited video consultations can take place at any time and can last up to 20 minutes. Electronic prescription and medications can be provided directly to you if required. Up to eight consultations with a mental health therapist or physiotherapist can be scheduled per year. You also have access to private consultants for medical second opinions. Employees and their partners can access all Virtual Healthcare services. Children are eligible to access the remote and medical second opinion services until their 18th birthday or 24th if enrolled in full-time education.
Employees can join the voluntary medical insurance plan facilitated by Honeywell. This enables access to private medical treatment with a refund of hospital treatment approved by insurer.
