Vacation 

Honeywell provides you with vacation time for you to use on whatever means the most to you. 
 

Holidays 

In addition to your vacation time, you receive time off in the form of paid holidays.

Honeywell's Accelerator Module offers training courses to help employees with technical skills, process improvements, personal effectiveness, leadership skills and more.  

 

Maternity Leave  

Maternity granted to female employees before or after childbirth. 

 

Paternity Leave  

Paternity granted to male employees after childbirth. 

 

Adoption Leave  

Adoption leave is granted to care for a legally adopted child.  
 

Unpaid Personal Leave  

Available for personal needs. Can be used after annual leave is exhausted.
 

Bereavement 

Bereavement leave is granted to employees in the event of a family member loss

 

India ERGs

We have Employee Resource Groups for all communities including, LGBTQ+, All Abilities, Women's Network, Parenting Network and a support group for both female and male employees returning after parental leave.
 

CSR Group

We focus on sustainability through the Corporate Social Responsibility group where employees can volunteer to support for the social cause in various initiatives/activities.
