Early Career Program
Our two-year graduate program is designed from the ground up to empower Apprentices, Interns and recent Graduates from the moment you start your career with Honeywell. High Impact Leaders Program
Our High Impact Leaders Program is designed for high potential talent who are navigating their leadership careers at Honeywell.  Throughout the 12 month program, participants will build self-awareness and an understanding of their own behaviours, resulting in improvements in leadership capability to more effectively lead high performing teams, deal with complex business challenges, and have a meaningful impact on business performance. Participants are selected for this program each year to support the succession of our senior leadership roles within the region. 
Women's Leadership Development Program
Our Women's Leadership Development Program aims to build self-awareness, improve leadership capabilities, and enhance personal confidence, aligned to the Honeywell behaviours and meaningful career plans. The virtual learning sessions cover a variety of leadership topics and include various guest speakers and presenters. Female leaders are invited as guest speakers to share their insights, knowledge, and experience with the program participants. Modules include topics such as leadership styles, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, building trust, personal branding, networking, influencing, courage, and resilience.
