Applications for Honeywell 2025 Graduate Program are Now Closed.

Our Graduate Engineers will work as part of a team working on advanced controls projects You will be involved in design, procurement, and quality functions as well as day to day project management requirements and some hands on technical work.

Our Graduate Software Engineers will work with others in a team to contribute to the development of new software innovation, using contemporary software processes, tools and quality systems to develop mission critical software solutions.

Our Graduate ICT Engineers is responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, commissioning and on-going support of ICT infrastructure including Networks, Virtual Environment infrastructure as well as a focus on Cyber Security and IoT.

Our engineering sales roles will allow you to blend your engineering degree in a commercial discipline. With rotations in pricing and estimating, working on mega project bids to account managing a portfolio of customers, you will develop both a technical and commercial understanding of the Honeywell business and set yourself up for a successful future.

Our Graduate Customer Marketing Specialists will drive and manage regional end-to-end integrated marketing programs & plans for Channel Partner & Enablement, Demand-Generation, Marketing Communications, Online/F2F Events, Digital initiatives etc, developing & executing comprehensive end-to-end Country Marketing programs of assigned countries, supporting the business growth.

Our commercial roles will blend strategic problem-solving with analytics to help our leaders make more informed decisions and grow our business. In our commercial stream, you will have opportunities to rotate through strategy, operational excellence, sourcing, pricing, and customer experience.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for our Graduate roles, you must:

Be either an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold PR (Permanent Residency) in Australia or New Zealand.
Have finished or will finish your university degree within the two years prior to the start date of the Graduate role.

How do I apply for a graduate position?
You will need to apply online by completing the online application form, and submitting your resume, cover letter
and university transcripts. If you do not include the required documentation your application will not be considered.

Any tips for applying?
Make sure all the documents you need are easily accessible to upload. Ask someone to review your resume before you
submit it to avoid any spelling mistakes or typos.

Will you accept a late application?
We know the graduation application period can be a busy time and life can be busy, but you will need to apply on time,
late applications will not be accepted.

Will I be required to undertake online testing?
Eligible candidates will be required to undertake online cognitive testing. We know that testing can be nerve-wracking,
but just remember to relax and set yourself up in a quiet place so you won’t be distracted.

What if I’m not sure if Honeywell is for me?

If I am offered a graduate role is it permanent?
Yes, you would be a permanent Honeywell employee.

Can I defer my graduate offer?
No. Due to changing business requirements we are unable to defer an offer for another year.
