Short-Term Disability

Honeywell will pay a supplement for the difference in the employee's daily salary in the case of a disability by general illness, work risk or maternity. This is available for up to 30 days per event. 

Spousal Life Insurance 

This plan gives you the chance to purchase insurance for your spouse, while making you the beneficiary of the insurance amount.

Insurance Transfer

In the event you leave Honeywell, you are able to purchase an individual medical plan at the moment of resignation in order to maintain coverage and all open claims may continue to be reimbursed.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment

All full-time employees in Mexico are part of the Honeywell Life Insurance Policy. Coverage will automatically start on the first day of employment and ceases after employment ends (cancels at age 70). Benefits are payable upon death of the employee by accidental or natural cause, with double compensation for accidental death.

Savings Fund

The savings contributed by an employee can be matched up to 13% of the annual base salary, capped in compliance with local and state laws. 

Food Coupons

An electronic food voucher is available with 10% of the annual base salary which can be used to acquire goods and services in affiliated establishments.

Restaurant Vouchers and Cafeteria

A subsidized cafeteria service is available for all employees, which offers a complimentary daily meal. In places that do not have a cafeteria, restaurant vouchers will be provided.

Christmas Bonus

All eligible employees receive a holiday bonus above the legal requirement, to be paid no later than December 20th.

Vacation Premium

All employees have the option for a vacation premium above the legal requirement. The premium is an additional bonus paid as a percentage of your base salary (based on the employee's eligible vacation days for the year).

Punctuality and Attendance 

In recognition of commitment to Honeywell through discipline and constant effort, eligible employees who demonstrate these values will receive a punctuality and attendance bonus.

Car Allowance

Eligible employees based in Mexico City and San Luis Potosi can receive a monthly car allowance.


In order to help maintain the purchasing power of your salary, eligible employees based in a border city within the U.S. will receive their compensation and benefits indexed to USD, with a protected and updated exchange rate.
