Education assistance 

Honeywell offers you an opportunity for Educational Assistance related to your current or future work with the company. 

Adoption assistance

Honeywell's Adoption Assistance Plan provides support to employees who are planning to begin or build families through adoption. You can receive up to $5,000 per child for adoption expenses such as legal fees, court costs and agency fees.

Increased Fertility Benefits

Beginning in 2021, Honeywell has raised the lifetime maximum benefit for fertility coverage from $5,000 to $20,000 per covered person. This includes up to $15,000 in medical services and $5,000 in prescription drug needs. Services such as office visits, lab work, in-vitro fertilization and artificial insemination are included under this new limit.

Honeywell believes employees thrive when given the opportunity to take ownership not only over the work they do, but how they do it. Honeywell realizes it is a big part of their employees' lives and their families - and recognizes time away is critical for rest and relaxation. In that spirit we offer exempt employees as much time away from the office as they need, partnering with their manager to ensure all commitments continue to be met for our customers and investors. For our non-exempt employees, we offer competitive vacation allotments earned monthly, but can be used at any-time.


In addition to our generous vacation offerings, Honeywell has 12 paid holidays each year where our offices are closed. Seven are shared amongst our many sites and the other 5 are decided locally accounting for business and community needs.

Online learning

Honeywell's Learning Management System (LMS) offers training courses to help employees with technical skills, process improvements, personal effectiveness, leadership skills and more.
