FUTURE HR LEADERS (FHL) 
 The human resources team is all about people. You’ll be a strategic partner with the businesses to create a culture where innovation happens. At a Fortune 100, you can move across business units, across the country, and around the world to work on projects ranging in scope from impacting a site to impacting the entire company. This program is unique in that you get to define your journey while gaining a broad range of experience designed to fast-track your leadership role.

ROTATIONS: Three rotations, 12 months each
LOCATIONS: Anywhere in the world where Honeywell has an office location
AREAS OF STUDY: Masters in Human Resources or Masters in Business Administration
