“You have to do one finance role and accounting role, so you get two different sides of the businesses – two different ways of thinking – so you can see the future and the past. The third rotation is more of a specialty role – mergers and acquisitions, investor relations or corporate audit. It takes what you gained in the two previous roles and expands on it and pushes you to do something different.”
