AERO UNIVERSITY RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Gain exposure to many aspects of integrated supply chain and engineering; as well as enjoying the ability to drive change while getting results. You’ll get access to the inner workings of a complex supply chain where you’ll learn about acquisition, production and distribution of materials and products.
ROTATIONS: Three rotations, six months each LOCATION: United States AREAS OF STUDY: Bachelors in Engineering (or any STEM), Business, or Supply Chain
Technical Early Career program (TECPro) focuses on technical and engineering leadership development. As a graduate in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial and Automation, instrumentation, electronics or computer engineering, you’ll solve challenges at our continuous manufacturing facilities in high growth regions. You’ll gain a range of experience designed to broaden your understanding of the business, and fast track a move into a leadership role.
ROTATIONS: Six months, at least one rotation LOCATION: Global AREAS OF STUDY: Bachelors in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
From avionics to building automation to safety and productivity solutions, you’ll be involved in engineering projects and learn to how to work with other teams. Through this research and development (R&D) assignment, you’ll learn industry standards and real world production. You’ll gain a broad range of experience designed to fast track your leadership role.
ROTATIONS: Three rotations, eight months each LOCATIONS: China, Czech Republic, India and Mexico AREAS OF STUDY: Bachelors in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
EARLY CAREER ENGINEERING ROTATIONAL PROGRAM (ECERP)
Apply your knowledge to influence the design of plants and processes at continuous manufacturing facilities to make them safer and more efficient. This program can take you to some of the most complex and innovative manufacturing facilities in the United States. You’ll gain a broad range of experience designed to fast track your leadership role. ROTATIONS: Two or three rotations, 12 to 18 months each LOCATION: United States AREAS OF STUDY: Bachelors in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Balance graduate development and on-the-job training, while using cutting edge technology. You will work on projects such as developing web-based UI systems, critical network infrastructure, design the next generation video capture technology or install, integrate and maintain systems that keep facilities safe, secure, comfortable, productive and energy efficient. Through challenging and meaningful assignments and great learning opportunities, you will participate in a program that has a rich history of fostering leaders.
This program is a key pillar for our Leadership capability. Many of our leadership team throughout our Pacific business came from the program itself either as a Graduate or Apprentice and today, act as sponsors, supporting early careers initiatives throughout our organisation.
